i think your able to get full legal primary care if not definitely some sort of joint legal primary 50-50 parenting i do travel myself (i am a full time student late thirties as well as mgr.in sales etc. so i do travel)yea alot. so i cant i am told by judge in my state legal sole custody just can’t as i was seeking at one point.will not work with my job even if i leave 1 to 2x a year.has to be joint primary care so likeyour ex husband (activist)above i think your goin to get it.good luck.sound as if your improve so much.i agree a light spanking not abuse.but judge at least sound as if your accomplish alot since the false allegation so that is a great thing.good luck. i think your going get it he travel much.this is happening.girl say she want her mother live with you that help a whole whole lot here in my state.your going to get it.i am sure.BTW,what is your activist site will love to check it out i do all want to say i commend any 1 who start business.and especially when helping others from a tragedy that is nice

nice site question i had one single substantiated abuse incident from a spankin false allegation left no bruises at all no serious injury nothing child was then 10.seven yrs ago.dad however got custody past five years.
1 year with grandmom who also undermine child life.being sued.etc.i have never given hope to have custody back and or primary joint care.now i can establish as even expert agree so much has change for seven years.
so hence,my question enumerate below is:
question: therapist ph.d.level is clearly establishin/documenting i am of no danger to my girls i work in legal advocate work open my own business doing so successfully for what i have been through as writing service. and into musica spanishenglish cd recording new york city .so i am clearly able to work also from home more than father who i just learn is flying all over the country working allege few times every other month hence can not be primary parent when mother is home seven days a week and clearly the therapist already mention
i am of no danger she met me years ago as my 2 girls who we are all so very hopeful finally this will happen for us.
as of just 09 into 2010. judge on the case say he was happy to see new progress,how mother has been doing quite well by successfully reuniting with children etc.

judge had just recently elect on record to openly express how mother has reunited with children and how well things are going between mother daughters etc.

how the mother has clearly successfully accomplish “goal”since case re-open in
07 etc. establishing relation ongoing with BOTH girls.he was happy as ajudge to see furtherance i spent one full month alone with my beautiful(now teen girls)youngest then was 13.now fourteen.judge further shall read motion tomorrow on such custody i am seeking or interim JOINT pRIMAry care since the 1spankin light act of discipline happen again almost seven years ago.i have been seeing child regularly for past 2 years judge is and i happy about this etc.in therapy(due to the time child spent apart from mom damage her severely read on…)

if my ex husband(who was award custody)after divorce false allegation almost 7 yrs.ago i still
have three day week with child question can i move for joint legal primary care and or in the interim be granted- share parenting 50-50 split due to child under his sole legal primary care been in numerous group homes running away from dad house continuously additionally sadly was molested one time while at group home suit is pending,however my MAIN concern is again procure such new amend/modification order allow me the mom to be granted primary care flagrantly change of circumstance has significantly taken place. as in addition the child both are older now 17 and 14 and request so much to want to come home.What are my chances and can this be done? NOTE:Dad left child with mother for elongate amount of time we spent a fulll
month or longer together COURT is sentient to this last year as well as almost another month dad left country again for allege work assignment hence there is NO WAY he can keep sole primary care with such taking place so what are my chance in procuring either legal primary care? or in the interim 50-50 joint primary legal custody ,gracias. thank you i will await hopefully a response.

is it okay for one parent to leave a child with grandparents if they are going away for a prolonged period of time in 50/50 custody

find a lawyer to draw up the papers and then you both sign them and he will have a judge sign them and file them for you

In California, you go see a mediator to have a custody agreement drawn and filed with the court. (Make sure you get everything in writing! You never know when her life-situation will change or she'll change her mind.)

Youll have to file a petition with the county civil court to make it legal. Most counties you can find the forms you need online for free.

if both i and the mother agree on joint custody what process will we have to go through to make it legal
